My Reflection for the First Quarter

This first quarter, I learned a lot about managing my time better between school and sports. I discovered that staying organized helps me finish my tasks on time and reduces stress. I also gained new skills in my sport, like teamwork and discipline. I realized that with good planning, I can balance my academics and athletic activities.  However, I also faced some challenges. There were times when I felt tired and overwhelmed because of many assignments and training sessions. Sometimes, I struggled to stay motivated, especially when I was exhausted or had a lot to do. To address these problems, I started making a schedule to prioritize my tasks and set specific times for studying and practicing. I made sure to get enough rest, eat healthy, and take short breaks when I felt overwhelmed. I also asked for help from my teachers and coaches when needed. Moving forward, I will continue to stay organized and disciplined. I plan to improve my time management further and stay motivated...

ISNHS Nutrition Day

Image
During Nutrition Month celebration in Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS), we learned a lot about healthy eating and why it is important. In Tuesday, the school held a food fest where healthy food were sold. It was good to see different kinds of nutritious food being offered instead of junk food. We also had a fun time watching the nutrijingle performances. The Grade 10 SMC team won the nutrijingle contest, and they really showed how nutrition helps our body through their song and dance. In Wednesday, the food fest continued, and many students joined to buy and eat healthy snacks. This event made me realize how important it is to choose the right foods to keep our bodies strong and active. The school's celebration helped us remember the purpose of Nutrition Month, which is to proote good health through proper and halthy nutrition. It was a nice way to learn and have fun at the same time because we also got to see our classmates perform and share healthy food choices. Nutrition ...

I am like an arrow because I always have a clear goal. Just like an arrow flies straight, I try to stay focused on my dreams. Sometmes, I face challenges, but like an arrow, I keep moving forward. I believe in aiming high and working hard to reach my target. Like an arrow, I want to make a strong impact in everything I do. My name is Eunice Anne Ragasa. I am 15 years old and I live in a small town of Sta. Catalna. I am currently in 10th grade at Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS). I have a happy family with my parents and one younger sister. I like spending time with my family during weekends. At school, I enjoy study and practicing Archery because it helps me focus and stay calm. I like spending time aiming at the target and improving my skills. Besides studyng, I am part of the school Archery Club. Practicing Archery keeps me active and teaches me patience. I believe concentration and practice are very important in both Archery and life. In my free time, I enjoy listening t...
